After much debate and finally overcoming Alicia's indecisiveness, we decided on the Luca glider. Andrea Jones introduced us to this fabulous piece of furniture, and our lives will never be the same again. We are so grateful to all the Derr family members that contributed to this amazing gift. Because it was ordered 6 weeks before the baby's due date, Alicia lost sleep worrying it wouldn't arrive. They said it would take 8-10 weeks to get to DC. Our Easter miracle was it arrived in less than 3 weeks, and Ryan Hunter helped Zach move it into the apartment the day before Easter. Now it's Zach's favorite chair and we have to fight it out to see who gets to sit in it.
