Yunz guys going to Pittsburgh?

After an exhausting morning of watching a triathlon (and Zach said he was tired), we drove an hour into Pittsburgh. Well...it should have been an hour, but we ran into major traffic. Lucky for us we discovered the detour button on our GPS. Reza, Christy, Zach, and I went to Reza's old girlfriend's house. We were blown away that Matt & Amber live only 10 minutes away from downtown Pittsurgh in a darling neighborhood where the houses start at under 100k. They took us to Primanti Bros where we tried their #2 seller, the cheese steak sandwich. The number 1 seller is beer.

The sandwich consists of steak, cheese, coleslaw, tomato, and french fries on white bread. A relic of Pittsburgh’s steel days, this sandwich was made for steelworkers who had to eat fast. It's been rated one of the best sandwiches in America. It was good, but nothing I'd crave to come back to.

We walked along the strip, then viewed the city from the Duquesne Incline.

We wish we could have spent the night in Pittsburgh, but we had to get home so that Zach could speak in Sacrament meeting on Father's Day. Henry slept the entire 5 hour trip home. It was such a blessing, especially after he cried the entire 5 hour trip there on Friday. I think he must have been sick because he hardly slept at all on Friday.
